Self storage is the rental of individual, enclosed spaces where you store personal or professional belongings. Each customer holds an access card and their own padlock, and accesses their box whenever they want, 24 hours a day, with no schedules or bookings.

We offer boxes from 4 sqm to 50 sqm, with several intermediate sizes (6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 30 sqm). Each size fits different needs — from a few boxes to a full home move. If you're not sure, we help you find the right one.

Yes. You can request a move to a bigger or smaller box whenever you need, subject to availability at the location. We work with you to find the best fit, no red tape.

Yes. The minimum is 1 month, automatically renewable. No long-term commitment — you can cancel whenever you want, with prior notice.

At the time of signing the contract, you get an access card for the Garbox common area. Each customer locks their box with their own padlock. From then on, you have access to your box 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

No. Garbox only rents out spaces (boxes and garages); we do not provide transport services. We can, however, recommend trusted partner transport companies if you need.

Our facilities have 24/7 video surveillance, card-based access control, individual and collective alarms, and a fire alarm. Only the customer has access to their box, locked with their own padlock.

Yes. Permanent video surveillance across the entire facility, with continuous recording. Individual alarms per box and a collective building alarm, plus a fire alarm.

Only the customer has access to their rented space. At the time of signing, an access card to the Garbox common area is provided and the customer locks their space with their own padlock.

Items stored at Garbox premises are the customer's responsibility. For this reason, we recommend taking out multi-risk contents insurance. For those who wish, we partner with an insurance company offering special terms for Garbox customers.

Pretty much anything that fits in your box and isn't on the prohibited list: furniture, boxes, archives, retail stock, sports gear, tools, documentation, and more. The spaces are dry, clean and ventilated.

For safety and legal reasons, you may not store: perishable food, flammable, explosive or toxic substances, radioactive material, animals (alive or dead), drugs, weapons, cash or extremely high-value items without proper insurance. The full list is detailed in the contract.

At some of our locations we have garage-type spaces fitting cars, motorbikes or other vehicles. Contact us to confirm availability at your preferred location.

Yes. The boxes are dry, clean and ventilated, ideal for archived documentation, accounting files, sensitive records and other professional documents. Many companies use us for this purpose.

Yes. Many of our customers store bicycles, surfboards, camping, hunting, fishing or ski gear and other seasonal materials. A great alternative to space at home.
